This is about my kerala trip.

On 21st June, as per the plan for kerala trip we all prepared very well. Selva was taking care of tickets, As per plan we all have to assemble in central railway station sharply at 3:45 PM. So Bala reached railway station sharply 3:50 PM. Selva, I and Sathish were at sathish’s home in t-nagar from 3:00PM onwards, I told to sathish we can move around 3:30PM, Suddenly selva told that train will departure at 4:30 PM so we can move around 3:50PM.And also sathish informed to bala. Then we started to move at 3:45 PM, We took auto to reach railway station, while going, suddenly selva by seeing tickets he told slowly that train was 4:00PM.

I and sathish got stunned and started laughing each other. 10 min more to train depart at that time we were in T-nagar railway station to catch electric train to reach central.

While going in the train we called bala’s mobile. First I spoke to bala, that train was not 4:30 it is 4:00 PM and asked him to do something and also told that we would reach with in 10 min, But he didn’t believe about what I said, He told that am with driver in Tea shop and we are smoking now.

Then selva called him once again and told that, it was not joke so do something to stop the train. At the same time we heard train sound from mobile, Trivandram express started moving. Bala was giving commentary for the train.

At last we reached central railway station at 4:10PM, Bala was waiting for us in an empty railway station. For few seconds we didn’t talk to each other. After that we all started laughing, I told that successfully we missed a train. Then we started planning about what we can we do next?

All four members gave their different opinions,

Booking car to catch the train in next stop. Hmmm it’s not possible
Booking Airline tickets.. Hmmm “Nadakkarathaa Pessungaa da“
Booking Travels…Hmmm quite good…

At last we searched for next train, it was at 8:00PM but tickets were all full. Only under reserve was available.

Sathish told that we can go by train in UR. “So that, this trip would be unforgettable”.
All three shouted “even what we faced till now is also unforgettable”.

At last I went to book UR tickets. Oops, People were standing in q; nearly 100 people were there in front of me. At last I got tickets at 5:30 PM

But train was 8:00PM, so we plan to do something useful to kill time. So we went to Tasmac Government BAR A/c near to railway station.

Up to 7:00PM all three had beer but I had all side dish.

Then we moved to railway station one hour before to catch the seats. But train was already there one hour before we reached i.e. 6:00PM so all seats were full. Atleast four people occupied each berth. We really shocked; we have to travel by standing for 15 hours. Ohh god it’s not possible. We started searching in each compartments, at last we got one empty upper berth

Straight opposite, there was another upper berth but one old man was lying alone in that berth. We don’t know whether he would allow one person to sit in that berth. Selva came with his luggage and saw that old man, and conveyed his “HI” to him; he smiled and asked to sit near him.

He kept his luggage and went out and even the other two went out, I stayed to protect our seats, suddenly old man sung loudly a Malayalam song I didn’t know what song it was? But I came to know that, he was intoxicated. So I didn’t talk to him, but he started and asked why u wearing glasses? I didn’t reply and looked others cabin to find whether any figures are there in our coach. But our time! I was not able to see a single woman under age 35. All were old ladies. I toldto myself that surely this trip is going to be unforgettable. So I just started hearing music from mobile.

Later all three came to respective seats, especially selva seated near to old man with smiling face and said that “He is my uncle, He will give full berth to me once his stop comes” But his stop was also trivandram, which is the last stop. He didn’t know about that, train started its journey at 8:00PM all we four had a big breath, like we succeeded a big thing. But we had done nothing useful.

After few minutes, selva tried to put his leg on the same seat to lie down. But unfortunately he kept his legs on that drunken man’s face. He became angry and shouted “how dare you are? “We started laughing again it became entertainment for people in that same cabin. Later he started shooting many questions on him, Like who are you? What your name? What are you doing in Chennai? Then sathish gave his answer “We all are jobless, we don’t have money if you can, offer something” On hearing that old man became silent and slept.

We three in a single berth, Planned to sleep but every one wants to stretch their legs to relax. So we have done it in single berth. Usually normal people sleep in 25 different positions. But on that day we made 75 positions to sleep, because if one tried to change his position another two must change their position. Then at last successfully we didn’t sleep the whole night. But selva had a good sleep with old man.

Nearly 10 hours passed like that, Then morning came suddenly I saw two kerala girls next to my cabin; I didn’t know where they got in. So I planned to sit opposite to them.
After few min I and selva came to that seat. But we didn’t talk to each other but just we had good time pass by seeing each other. Any way last 5 hours came to end with out any trouble.

We successfully reached Trivandram on 22nd June 12:00PM
Directly we went to room and had 2 hours rest. After that we got ready to move out, we planned to go Kovalam beach. On 3:30 PM we reached Kovalam beach, it’s pretty good for bachelors and couples and it’s not suitable for families, so friends keep in mind and implement in future.

There were lots of bars, hotels even resorts near to beach, after roving we went to one bar and had some good beers. All kerala figures and foreigners were took bath in that beach, really we had good time there. Up to night we were there and returned back home at 11:00PM.

Next day 23rd June, as per the plan we all went to Vishnu’s sister marriage. There we saw lots of figures, But, everyone were Vishnu’s sisters so we dropped sighting. After completing marriage, we got back to train to reach Chennai.

We came to coach first we searched any figures are available in our coach in the name list. We found 19 yr female was in our cabin. And 22 yr females in the same coach. As we booked earlier, every one had separate berth.

After back to seat, I found one aunty opposite to me started looking on me nearly 8 times. So that 2 hours travel, I didn’t feel any hard. It was pleasant. But on 9th time her husband noted that and changed her seat. Later we bought some books about world history, Inventors, etc because most of the books are in Malayalam so we particularly searched for English books so we got these kind of books like school books. Any way it was good to read to kill the time.

We didn’t see that 19 yr girl even after 3 hours. But suddenly from one stop she came in. she was very cute. All our eyes were on her. There was one guy opposite to her started troubling like giving water, foods unnecessarily. She refused and felt very uncomfortable. Later that guy put his legs on her seat near to her. Then we planned to do something. So bala did a good job at that time.

Actually he also tamilian, we felt as shame about his behaviors. Then bala asked news paper from him after seeing that he return back that paper by beaten his legs lightly. He recognized and removed his legs. And then we four gave a strange look on him. Then he became quiet. And she also felt quite good with out his trouble.

After every one hour we just have walk inside the train, really great to see all kerala figures in one train. Every one was good even not able to reject a single one.
Every one was in loose hair, they looked awesome. Really we had good time while returning to Chennai.

On 24th June 7:30 AM we reached Chennai. Three of us like to have smoke in the morning. so they assembled near a tree in side central railway station compound. And also they were hiding themselves from police. Suddenly one guy stood before us, and gave a strange look. We didn’t know why he was looking like that. Then he asked us to turn back. all four of us turned back. It was really shocking to see railway police station behind us.
With out any words we came out of the railway station. And they had smoke in local tea shop and we got back to our respective homes safely.
